James Martin Vanities accepts returns on unused, uninstalled products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply to ensure the integrity of our luxury furniture logistics.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare for Shipment

    Securely repack the vanity in its original crate or box, ensuring all hardware, backsplashes, and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule Pickup

    Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient curbside pickup at your location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After our warehouse team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.
