Our vanities are shipped via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers to ensure safe handling. Orders typically process within 2-3 business days, with transit times ranging from 5 to 10 business days depending on your location.
What materials are used in your vanity construction?
We pride ourselves on superior craftsmanship using solid wood frames and plywood panels. Unlike many competitors, we avoid the use of MDF or particle board to ensure long-lasting durability in high-moisture bathroom environments.
Are the countertops and sinks included with the vanity cabinet?
Most of our collections offer the flexibility to purchase the cabinet only or a complete set including a natural stone countertop (Quartz, Granite, or Marble) and a ceramic undermount sink. Please check the specific product listing for 'Combo' or 'Cabinet Only' options.
What is your return policy for large furniture items?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging and resalable condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

Yes, all James Martin Vanities products are backed by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
It is critical to inspect your shipment upon arrival. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) form before the driver leaves and contact our customer service team within 24 hours to initiate a replacement claim.
